Headed off on Friday 5th June to stockton heath for the night with Peter and Liz on their boat then onto the Runcorn arm.
Spent a couple of hours moored up in Runcorn at the end of the arm then headed back up to Daresbury for the night.
Peter and Liz headed back on Sunday afternoon but Tim and I hung around for another night.
Felt like we had been away for ages.
Had a little cruise on the bank holiday weekend, just to Moore but really enjoyed the break from the mooring.
Oh did I tell you about Daisy our new Jack Russell. She is gorgeous, had to make her a jumper out of a sock.
Well I have two more granddaughters, Luna Rose born 10/2/15 and Arabella Mae born 15/5/15
I am so blessed..
We also have a new baby ourselves, Daisy our 3rd Jack Russell.
And I can't post without including my lovely Ava Rose....
Life has changed so quickly..
Well after getting a temp mooring at grapenhall at the beginning of December were now permanent.
After 5years of continuous cruising it's time to sit still.
Kal, who we took out of school to cruise is now nearing 18 and friends and work have become part of our lives for him.
Being near to Widnes is important so Grapenhall is a good catch.
Mission g the freedom but hopefully it won't be too long before were on the move again..

Peter and Liz have secured a mooring in Grapenhall today and were in line for one.
Havnt had a mooring ourselves but it's been hard over the last 18 months with Kal in college, trying to be as near as we could but not flouting the rules so think we will be settling until he has found his own feet.

If he doesn't start looking in his book instead of relying on me I will end up slapping him, brother or not!!!

Moved on to Lymm today, Peters throttle got stuck in gear near Lymm marina boat builders, earlier the wind stopped him from mooring by the old No 3...all the fun of the water .
Filled up with water in boothstown today then headed towards Dunham Massey. Passed through Worsley, saw the Trafford centre and moored up at 7.30pm...
Liz is a bit better, dressing removed and on the mend. Travelled with them to boothstown to do the locks and swing bridges as it will be a while before Liz can do anything like that.
We moved both boats to Dunham Massey on Monday and off to Lymm tomorrow.
Well a busy weekend with my friends daughters wedding yesterday and my nephews sons christening today....havnt had a celebration to go to for ages but now they are coming thick and fast....time to get ready
Well, not even a week on their new boat and my sister in law Liz has fallen down the steps and broken her collar bone.....up early she went on deck to bring washing in without opening the hatch.
Unfortunately with not being used to boating she attempted to come back in 'forwards'......lesson learned....She woke so.e time later on the floor in agony. Unable to shout through the pain she scrambled a cross the floor till she reached something to help get herself to her feet and made her way to Peter to wake him.
Then to hospital.....

Well. No tiller and no water, not a good position to be in...
Just can't wait to get all these problems out of the way and get moving. Meeting up with Peter and Liz next week ,hopefully, can't wait ...
Hurry up bow thruster too, what a month....
